Unsightly OCT Judge- The Boggart

I got it yay.

ANYWAYS, this is The Boggart for which I shall be a judge of yay.

Some more information tidbits:

Boggarts cannot be given names, because it causes them to become extremely volatile and unstable.

Boggart is just like a kind, quiet child when he's cloaked and talking with people. It's just when he's unattended, bored, or attacked that he may revert to his ghostly form and wreak havoc.

He's receive penance by Alisa, allowing him freedom from the wardrobe (at least when he's needed) to help her and the others run the tournament. He was told they needed someone with infiltration skills, but in reality, Alisa just needed another member of her posse.

In-such, he can really be anywhere, he was just given the place no one else seemed to want to preside in, and someone had to do it. He'll kindly take it rather than be in a smelly wardrobe.
