Personality: Blunt, Stoic, Calm, and surprisingly quick-witted and sassy. He's taken a lot of bullshit and he isn't up for any more.

HE DOES NOT LEAVE THE BAR.

He stays behind the counter, serving drinks to competitors and wandering puppets and whoever else may be in need of a little teetering to their steps. There's always work to do, and even that glass that's been polished six times seems to have collected a bit of dust.

Likes: He is near enough to the casino halls to see some of the games and lights. He's also got a good view of the stage for any dancers or other performers, so at least he has a good view. And a good two fingers of whiskey.

Dislikes: You, your bullshit, and your over-complicated drink orders.

Strengths: He makes a mean cocktail that'll knock you on your ass. He calls it "The Trump Card" 
Weaknesses: Well he doesn't have a chair to sit on behind that counter top I guess.

His jar of orange goo isn't visible anywhere you can see from across the bar...so it must be someplace else. Guess it won't get in the way of his drink mixing then.
